Via the Cardinals instagram page, it was announced yesterday that the Cardinals will be wearing their City Connect uniforms on Friday home games for the 2025 season.
Last season the Cardinals debuted their City Connects on May 25, and wore them on what seemed to be slightly random select dates throughout the season.
This season, however, the Cardinals are going to be wearing their City Connects in a more Cardinal type way. Under the DeWitt ownership, the Cardinals have typically denoted certain days of the week for certain uniform choices. The Sunday Cap is worn on Home Sundays, the Saturday Cream Alternate is worn on Home Saturdays, the Saturday Blue Alternate is worn on Road Saturdays, and now the City Connect is getting its own spot on Home Fridays.
