In 2025 the Cardinals continued with the same set of uniforms from 2024, still manufactured by Nike and Fanatics, but with key differences. The Whitey Herzog memorial patch was removed. After strong criticism from players, fans, and media in 2024, Nike and Fanatics made alterations to the uniforms. The mismatched colors of shirt and pants were seemingly fixed to match better. The NOBs on the home, road, and two alternate jerseys were restored to taller and more visible letters, but the City Connect jersey continued to use the smaller NOB letters with a more radical arch as seen in the 2024 uniforms. The City Connect uniforms were also officially designated as Friday night home uniforms, as was the case for nearly all teams across Major League Baseball. The number on the front of the jerseys for home, road, and two alternates was rendered in the familiar smaller and squattier number, but the City Connect continued to use the taller numbers that matched the back of the uniform.
On April 15 the Cardinals wore a Jackie Robinson cap patch and plain blue socks for Jackie Robinson Day.
On May 11 the Cardinals wore a pink ribbon patch and pink themed socks for Mother’s Day.
On May 16, 17, and 18 the Cardinals wore Armed forces caps and socks.
On May 26 the Cardinals wore Memorial Day chest patches.
On June 13th the Cardinals wore cap patches for Play Ball weekend.
On June 15 the Cardinals wore a blue ribbon patch and blue themed socks for Father’s Day.
On July 4 the Cardinals wore Independence Day themed caps and socks.
On July 25, 26, and 27 the Cardinals wore a Hall of Fame weekend cap featuring a bird not found in their history.
On August 15, 16, and 17 the Cardinals wore Player’s Weekend Cap patches
On September 7 the Cardinals wore a yellow ribbon patch and yellow gear to raise money and awareness for Children’s Cancer.
On September 11th the Cardinals wore a 9/11 Memorial patch on their cap.
On September 15th the Cardinals wore a Roberto Clemente patch for Roberto Clemente day.
