In 2007 for the opening series in St. Louis, the Cardinals wore gold trimmed uniforms. The uniform numbers, letters, and the World Series Champions sleeve patch had a gold trim on it. The World Champions logo for the opening series was worn on both the cap and the sleeve. Throughout the season the World Series Champions patch was only worn on the home uniform.

Starting on April 30th, the Cardinals wore a black 32 patch in memorial of Josh Hancock.

On March 31st before the season, the Cardinals wore customized uniforms for the first ever Civil Rights Game.
On May 11th the Cardinals wore 1971 throwback uniforms.
On August 3rd the Cardinals wore 1928 St. Louis Stars throwback uniforms.
On August 14th the Cardinals wore 1982 throwback uniforms.
