“Cardinals in their Victory Blues,” says Chip Caray as we start game 2 in this Detroit series. Cardinals indeed are wearing their Saturday Road alternate uniforms, ready on time, no production issues from Nike, unlike previous seasons.
Also worthwhile to note that both the road blues and home creams have returned to real braid piping on the sleeves and chest, rather than the fake printed on piping used in the last couple seasons. A welcome return to the older style uniform, indeed.
