It appears that the Cardinals socks, being produced by Stance, still have the old STL (pre-2020) on them. The Cardinals only have had a small amount players wear high socks this season so far, but leading the charge is Brendan Donovan who shows full socks every game. So we usually get a good luck at the hosiery each game.
In 2019 the Cardinals had their STL logo updated and fully made the change for 2020. Lots of little details were updated, including the change of the trapezoid T, applying matching serifs throughout, and creating a more harmonious balance in the negative space between letters.
All STLs have been changed including the caps, the helmets, the digital graphics, the print graphics, the graphics we see on TV… Except for one, the STL on the socks seems to still be the old STL.
